附 則
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
第一条（施行期日等）
This Act comes into effect on September 1, 1997; provided, however, that the amending provisions that delete paragraph (12) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act in Article 5, the amending provisions of paragraph (13) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, and the amending provisions that make that paragraph paragraph (12) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、平成九年九月一日から施行する。ただし、第五条中国民健康保険法附則第十二項を削る改正規定、同法附則第十三項の改正規定及び同項を同法附則第十二項とする改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions of paragraph (12) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by this Act apply as of April 1, 1997.
この法律による改正後の国民健康保険法附則第十二項の規定は、平成九年四月一日から適用する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第六条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the amount of medical expenses, special medical expenses, exceptional medical expenses or high-cost medical expenses under the provisions of the National Health Insurance Act pertaining to medical treatment provided before the Effective Date, and the payment of the difference under Article 43, paragraph (3) of that Act and the payment of the difference under Article 56 of that Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に行われた療養に係る国民健康保険法の規定による療養費、特別療養費、特例療養費又は高額療養費の額並びに同法第四十三条第三項の規定による差額の支給及び同法第五十六条の規定による差額の支給については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
With regard to the national subsidy to a National Health Insurance Society for the expenses required for benefits for medical treatment and for the payment of Dietary Treatment expenses for inpatients, specified medical expenses, medical expenses, special medical expenses, transport expenses and high-cost medical expenses, and for the expenses required for the payment of medical expense contributions under the provisions of the Act on Health and Medical Services for the Elderly, in respect of persons who were members of a National Health Insurance Society on August 31, 1997 and who have continued to be members of that National Health Insurance Society on and after that date, and insured persons of that National Health Insurance Society who belong to the households of such members, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成九年八月三十一日に国民健康保険組合の組合員であって、同日以後引き続き当該国民健康保険組合の組合員である者及び当該組合員の世帯に属する当該国民健康保険組合の被保険者に係る療養の給付並びに入院時食事療養費、特定療養費、療養費、特別療養費、移送費及び高額療養費の支給に要する費用並びに老人保健法の規定による医療費拠出金の納付に要する費用についての国民健康保険組合に対する国の補助については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 15Review, Etc.
第十五条（検討等）
The government is to review, within three years after this Act comes into effect, the co-payment pertaining to the provision of medication and other matters pertaining to the amendments by this Act, taking into account trends in medical expenses including medication costs after this Act comes into effect, the financial condition of medical insurance, changes in the socioeconomic situation, etc., and if it finds it necessary, take required measures based on the results.
政府は、薬剤の支給に係る一部負担その他この法律による改正に係る事項について、この法律の施行後の薬剤費を含む医療費の動向、医療保険の財政状況、社会経済情勢の変化等を勘案し、この法律の施行後三年以内に検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 16Delegation of Other Transitional Measures to Cabinet Order
第十六条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary incidental to the enforcement of this Act are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
