附 則
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 1993.
この法律は、平成五年四月一日から施行する。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the burden borne by the national government pursuant to the provisions of Article 72-2, paragraph (2) of the National Health Insurance Act for fiscal years up to and including fiscal 1992.
平成四年度以前の年度の国民健康保険法第七十二条の二第二項の規定による国の負担については、なお従前の例による。
