Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2006.
この法律は、平成十八年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 15Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第十五条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 116-2, paragraph (1), item (vi) of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (limited to the part concerning move-in) apply to an insured person under the national health insurance program who is found to have changed their domicile to the location of the specified facility set forth in that item by moving into that specified facility on or after the date of enforcement, and who, at the time of moving into that specified facility, is found to have been domiciled within the area of a Municipality other than the Municipality in which that specified facility is located, and the provisions then in force continue to govern a person who is found to have changed their domicile to the location of that specified facility by moving into that specified facility before the date of enforcement.
前条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法第百十六条の二第一項第六号の規定（入居に係る部分に限る。）は、施行日以後に同号に掲げる特定施設に入居をすることにより当該特定施設の所在する場所に住所を変更したと認められる国民健康保険の被保険者であって、当該特定施設に入居をした際、当該特定施設が所在する市町村以外の市町村の区域内に住所を有していたと認められるものについて適用し、施行日前に当該特定施設に入居をすることにより当該特定施設の所在する場所に住所を変更したと認められる者については、なお従前の例による。
