Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
第一条（施行期日等）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 3 years from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

第九条に一項を加える改正規定、第十二条の次に二条を加える改正規定（第十二条の二に係る部分に限る。）、第二十四条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第二十五条及び第二十六条の改正規定、第四章の次に一章を加える改正規定（第四章の二第五節に係る部分に限る。）、第四十五条第一項の改正規定（「第二十二条から第二十五条まで」を「第二十二条から第二十四条まで又は第二十五条」に、「第二十八条」を「第二十四条の二第一項若しくは第二項又は第二十八条」に改める部分に限る。）、第四十五条第二項の改正規定（「第二十二条から第二十五条まで」を「第二十二条から第二十四条まで又は第二十五条」に改める部分に限る。）並びに第四十四条の改正規定（「住民票記載事項証明書の交付を受け」の下に「、第十二条の二第一項の住民票の写しの交付を受け」を加える部分に限る。）並びに附則第十条及び第十一条の規定 公布の日から起算して五年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日
