第十七条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
In the application of Article 43, paragraph (12) of the New Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act in the case where the day on which the eligibility prescribed in that paragraph was lost is August 1, 2026, the phrase "the day before the day on which that eligibility was lost (or, where there are multiple days in the calculation period on which that eligibility was lost, the latest of those days)" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "the day on which that eligibility was lost".
新健康保険法施行令第四十三条第十二項に規定する資格を喪失した日が令和八年八月一日である場合における同項の規定の適用については、同項中「当該資格を喪失した日（計算期間において当該資格を喪失した日が複数ある場合にあっては、当該資格を喪失した日のうち最も遅い日）の前日」とあるのは、「当該資格を喪失した日」とする。
