附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2024.
この政令は、令和六年四月一日から施行する。
With regard to the amount of the fee to be paid, pursuant to Article 150-10, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act, by a person who made an application for the provision of anonymized medical care-related information prescribed in Article 150-2, paragraph (1) of that Act before the enforcement of this Cabinet Order, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 44-2, paragraph (1) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1.
この政令の施行前に健康保険法第百五十条の二第一項に規定する匿名診療等関連情報の提供の申出を行った者が同法第百五十条の十第一項の規定により納付すべき手数料の額については、第一条の規定による改正後の健康保険法施行令第四十四条の二第一項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
