This Cabinet Order comes into effect on May 1, 1986.
この政令は、昭和六十一年五月一日から施行する。
With regard to the payment of high-cost medical expenses for medical care received before the day of enforcement of this Cabinet Order, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行の日前に行われる療養に係る高額療養費の支給については、なお従前の例による。
