附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect from the date of enforcement (October 1, 2026) of the provisions listed in Article 1, paragraph (1), item (ix) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Pension Act, etc., and Other Matters, to Strengthen the Functions of the Pension System in Light of Socioeconomic Changes (Act No. 74 of 2025; hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act") (excluding the amending provisions in Article 15 of the Amending Act amending the table in Article 5, paragraph (3) and the table in Article 38, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. for Ensuring the Soundness and Reliability of the Public Pension System, the amending provisions in Article 29 of the Amending Act amending Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iii)-2, Article 8, paragraph (1), Article 54-2, paragraph (1), Article 62, Article 64, Article 69, Article 70, paragraph (2), Article 71 and Article 74-2, paragraph (1) of the Defined Contribution Pension Act (Act No. 88 of 2001), and the provisions of Article 33 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amending Act).
この政令は、社会経済の変化を踏まえた年金制度の機能強化のための国民年金法等の一部を改正する等の法律（令和七年法律第七十四号。以下「改正法」という。）附則第一条第一項第九号に掲げる規定（改正法第十五条中公的年金制度の健全性及び信頼性の確保のための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第五条第三項の表及び第三十八条第三項の表の改正規定並びに改正法第二十九条中確定拠出年金法（平成十三年法律第八十八号）第四条第一項第三号の二、第八条第一項、第五十四条の二第一項、第六十二条、第六十四条、第六十九条、第七十条第二項、第七十一条及び第七十四条の二第一項の改正規定並びに改正法附則第三十三条の規定を除く。）の施行の日（令和八年十月一日）から施行する。
