附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect from the date of promulgation, and the provisions of Article 7, paragraph (1) and Article 18, paragraph (4), item (i) of the Order for Enforcement of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People as amended by the provisions of Article 1, the provisions of Article 27-2, paragraph (1) of, and Article 8, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of, the Order for Enforcement of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2, and the provisions of Article 42, paragraph (2), item (iv) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act and Article 10, paragraph (2), item (iv) of the Order for Enforcement of the Mariners Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 4, apply as from April 1, 2008.
この政令は、公布の日から施行し、第一条の規定による改正後の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律施行令第七条第一項及び第十八条第四項第一号の規定、第二条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法施行令第二十七条の二第一項及び附則第八条第三項の規定並びに第四条の規定による改正後の健康保険法施行令第四十二条第二項第四号及び船員保険法施行令第十条第二項第四号の規定は、平成二十年四月一日から適用する。
