Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 2022; provided, however, that the provisions listed in the following items come into effect on the dates specified respectively in those items.
この政令は、令和四年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。

the provisions of Article 6 (excluding the amending provisions listed in the following item), the provisions of Articles 7, 11 and 14, the provisions of Article 33 (limited to the provisions amending Article 3, paragraphs (4) and (7) of the 2014 Transitional Measures Cabinet Order), and the provisions of Articles 37 and 39 and Articles 55 through 65: October 1, 2022.
