Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on January 1, 2015; provided, however, that the provisions deleting Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act in Article 1, the provisions amending Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Order, the provisions making Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Order Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Order, and the provisions adding one Article after Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Order, the provisions amending Article 34-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act in Article 5, and the provisions amending Article 52-5-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act in Article 7 come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、平成二十七年一月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中健康保険法施行令附則第六条を削る改正規定、同令附則第五条第一項の改正規定、同条を同令附則第六条とする改正規定及び同令附則第四条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第五条中国家公務員共済組合法施行令附則第三十四条の四の改正規定並びに第七条中地方公務員等共済組合法施行令附則第五十二条の五の二の改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。

第二条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the amounts of the lump-sum allowance for childbirth and childcare and the lump-sum allowance for dependent's childbirth and childcare under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act for childbirth before the day of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前の出産に係る健康保険法の規定による出産育児一時金及び家族出産育児一時金の額については、なお従前の例による。

第三条
With regard to the payment of high-cost medical expenses under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act for medical treatment provided before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4
第四条
With regard to the payment of expenses for high-cost medical treatment combined with long-term care under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act for medical treatment provided during the period from August 1, 2014 to July 31, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the "specified calculation period"), the provisions of Articles 43-2 through 43-4 and Article 44 (excluding paragraph (1)) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Health Insurance Order" in this paragraph) are applied by deeming the phrase "2,120,000 yen" in Article 43-3, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the New Health Insurance Order to be replaced with "1,760,000 yen", the phrase "1,410,000 yen" in item (iii) of that paragraph with "1,350,000 yen", and the phrase "600,000 yen" in item (iv) of that paragraph with "630,000 yen".
平成二十六年八月一日から平成二十七年七月三十一日までの期間（以下「特定計算期間」という。）に行われた療養に係る健康保険法の規定による高額介護合算療養費の支給については、第一条の規定による改正後の健康保険法施行令（以下この項において「新健保令」という。）第四十三条の三第一項第二号中「二百十二万円」とあるのは「百七十六万円」と、同項第三号中「百四十一万円」とあるのは「百三十五万円」と、同項第四号中「六十万円」とあるのは「六十三万円」と読み替えて、新健保令第四十三条の二から第四十三条の四まで及び第四十四条（第一項を除く。）の規定を適用する。
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, with regard to the payment of expenses for high-cost medical treatment combined with long-term care under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act for medical treatment provided during the specified calculation period in the case where the day deemed, during the specified calculation period, to be the reference date prescribed in Article 43-2, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act pursuant to the provisions of Article 43-4, paragraph (1) of that Order is a day before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前項の規定にかかわらず、特定計算期間において健康保険法施行令第四十三条の四第一項の規定により同令第四十三条の二第一項第一号に規定する基準日とみなされた日が施行日前の日である場合における特定計算期間に行われた療養に係る健康保険法の規定による高額介護合算療養費の支給については、なお従前の例による。
