The businesses specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as referred to in Article 11, paragraph (3) of the Act are, among the businesses for which the insurance relation pertaining to industrial accident insurance has been established, the businesses listed in the following items for which it is difficult to calculate accurately the total amount of wages under paragraph (1) of that Article:
a construction business by contract;
請負による建設の事業
a felling of standing trees business;
立木の伐採の事業
a forestation business, a business producing charcoal or firewood, and any other forestry business (excluding a felling of standing trees business); and
造林の事業、木炭又は薪を生産する事業その他の林業の事業（立木の伐採の事業を除く。）
a business of catching or culturing aquatic animals and plants.
水産動植物の採捕又は養殖の事業
