The businesses specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as referred to in Article 11, paragraph (3) of the Act are, among the businesses for which the insurance relation pertaining to industrial accident insurance has been established, the businesses listed in the following items for which it is difficult to calculate accurately the total amount of wages under paragraph (1) of that Article:
a construction business by contract;
