第三条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 34, paragraph (2) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to in the following paragraph as the "New Health Insurance Act Enforcement Order") apply to the amount of remuneration under Article 74, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the Health Insurance Act in the case where the month in which benefits for medical treatment are received is on or after September 2005, and with regard to the amount of remuneration under that item in the case where the month in which benefits for medical treatment are received is up to August of that year, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二条の規定による改正後の健康保険法施行令（次項において「新健保法施行令」という。）第三十四条第二項の規定は、療養の給付を受ける月が平成十七年九月以後の場合における健康保険法第七十四条第一項第三号の報酬の額について適用し、療養の給付を受ける月が同年八月までの場合における同号の報酬の額については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 39, paragraph (2) of the New Health Insurance Act Enforcement Order apply to the amount of income under that paragraph in the case where the month in which a dependent receives medical care is on or after September 2005, and with regard to the amount of income under that paragraph in the case where the month in which a dependent receives medical care is up to August of that year, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
