Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Special Provisions on the Former Child Allowance Act Applied under the Act on Special Measures Concerning the Payment of Children's Allowance, etc. in Fiscal 2011

With regard to the application of Article 63 to the contribution under Article 20 of the Former Child Allowance Act, which is to remain in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Child Allowance Act as applied pursuant to the provisions of Article 20, paragraphs (1), (3) and (5) of the Act on Special Measures Concerning the Payment of Children's Allowance, etc. in Fiscal 2011 (Act No. 107 of 2011), the phrase "contribution under the provisions of the Act on Support for Children and Child-rearing" in Article 63, item (iii) is deemed to be replaced with "contribution under the provisions of the Act on Support for Children and Child-rearing, contribution under the provisions of the Child Allowance Act (Act No. 73 of 1971) prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the Child Allowance Act (Act No. 24 of 2012), which remains in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act as applied pursuant to the provisions of Article 20, paragraphs (1), (3) and (5) of the Act on Special Measures Concerning the Payment of Children's Allowance, etc. in Fiscal 2011 (Act No. 107 of 2011)".
