第百九条（法第六十二条第一項第三号及び第六号に掲げる事業）
As the programs listed in Article 62, paragraph (1), items (iii) and (vi) of the Act, the grant for employment development of specified job seekers and the trial employment grant (of the trial employment grant, the grant for the Young and Female Construction Workers Trial Course means the grant paid pursuant to Article 9, item (i) of the Act on the Improvement of Employment of Construction Workers (Act No. 33 of 1976; hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Work Act"); the same applies in Article 110-3, paragraphs (1) and (4)) are to be paid.
法第六十二条第一項第三号及び第六号に掲げる事業として、特定求職者雇用開発助成金及びトライアル雇用助成金（トライアル雇用助成金のうち若年・女性建設労働者トライアルコース助成金は、建設労働者の雇用の改善等に関する法律（昭和五十一年法律第三十三号。以下「建設労働法」という。）第九条第一号の規定に基づき支給するものをいう。第百十条の三第一項及び第四項において同じ。）を支給するものとする。
