第三条（定義）

In these Supplementary Provisions, the meanings of the terms listed in the following items are as prescribed respectively in those items.

この附則において、次の各号に掲げる用語の意義は、それぞれ当該各号に定めるところによる。

“pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act” means the Employees' Pension Insurance Act before the amendment under Article 1;

改正前厚生年金保険法　第一条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法をいう。

“Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Act” means the Employees' Pension Insurance Act after the amendment under Article 1;

改正後厚生年金保険法　第一条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法をいう。

“pre-amendment Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act” means the Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act before the amendment under Article 2;

改正前確定給付企業年金法　第二条の規定による改正前の確定給付企業年金法をいう。

“amended Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act” means the Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act after the amendment under Article 2;

改正後確定給付企業年金法　第二条の規定による改正後の確定給付企業年金法をいう。

“amended National Pension Act” means the National Pension Act after the amendment under Article 3;

改正後国民年金法　第三条の規定による改正後の国民年金法をいう。

“pre-amendment Defined Contribution Pension Act” means the Defined Contribution Pension Act (Act No. 88 of 2001) before the amendment under Article 102 of the Supplementary Provisions;

改正前確定拠出年金法　附則第百二条の規定による改正前の確定拠出年金法（平成十三年法律第八十八号）をいう。

“amended Defined Contribution Pension Act” means the Defined Contribution Pension Act after the amendment under Article 102 of the Supplementary Provisions;

改正後確定拠出年金法　附則第百二条の規定による改正後の確定拠出年金法をいう。

“pre-amendment Insurance Business Act” means the Insurance Business Act (Act No. 105 of 1995) before the amendment under Article 131 of the Supplementary Provisions;

改正前保険業法　附則第百三十一条の規定による改正前の保険業法（平成七年法律第百五号）をいう。

“amended Special Accounts Act” means the Act on Special Accounts (Act No. 23 of 2007) after the amendment under Article 135 of the Supplementary Provisions;

改正後特別会計法　附則第百三十五条の規定による改正後の特別会計に関する法律（平成十九年法律第二十三号）をいう。

“former employees' pension Fund” means the employees' pension Fund established under the provisions of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act;

旧厚生年金基金　改正前厚生年金保険法の規定により設立された厚生年金基金をいう。

“surviving employees' pension Fund” means an employees' pension Fund that continues to exist pursuant to the following Article, and an employees' pension Fund established on or after the Effective Date in accordance with the provisions then in force pursuant to Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions;

存続厚生年金基金　次条の規定によりなお存続する厚生年金基金及び附則第六条の規定により従前の例により施行日以後に設立された厚生年金基金をいう。

“employees' pension Fund” means a former employees' pension Fund or a surviving employees' pension Fund;

厚生年金基金　旧厚生年金基金又は存続厚生年金基金をいう。

“surviving Pension Fund Association” means the Pension Fund Association that continues to exist pursuant to Article 37 of the Supplementary Provisions;

存続連合会　附則第三十七条の規定によりなお存続する企業年金連合会をいう。

“defined-benefit corporate pension” means a defined-benefit corporate pension prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the amended Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act;

確定給付企業年金　改正後確定給付企業年金法第二条第一項に規定する確定給付企業年金をいう。

“Association” means the Pension Fund Association prescribed in Article 91-2, paragraph (1) of the amended Defined-Benefit Corporate Pension Act.

連合会　改正後確定給付企業年金法第九十一条の二第一項に規定する企業年金連合会をいう。
