第二条（視覚障害者のための録音物の使用についての経過措置）
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 37, paragraph (3) and Article 47-9 of the Copyright Act as amended under this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the new Act") (including as these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 102, paragraph (1) of the new Act), prior laws continue to govern the use of a sound recording that has been made before this Act comes into effect based on the application of the provisions of Article 37, paragraph (3) of the Copyright Act prior to its amendment under this Act (hereinafter referred to as "the former Act") (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 102, paragraph (1) of the former Act) (excluding a sound recording connected to a work, performance, phonogram, broadcast, or cablecast that it is permissible to reproduce or transmit via automatic public transmission (including one that it is permissible to make available for transmission) pursuant to the provisions of Article 37, paragraph (3) of the new Act).
