第四条（書籍等の貸与についての経過措置）
The provisions of Article 4-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the pre-amendment Copyright Act remain in force even after this Act comes into effect, with respect to the renting out of books or magazines (excluding those consisting mainly of sheet music) that a person possesses for the purpose of renting them out to the public as of the first day of the month two months after the month that includes the day of promulgation of this Act.
