Article 32Persons Who Have Difficulty in Finding Employment for Reasons Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 22, Paragraph (2) of the Act
第三十二条（法第二十二条第二項の厚生労働省令で定める理由により就職が困難な者）
The persons who have difficulty in finding employment for reasons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 22, paragraph (2) of the Act are as follows.
法第二十二条第二項の厚生労働省令で定める理由により就職が困難な者は、次のとおりとする。
a person with a physical disability prescribed in Article 2, item (ii) of the Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities (Act No. 123 of 1960; hereinafter referred to as the "Disability Employment Promotion Act") (hereinafter referred to as a "person with a physical disability");
障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律（昭和三十五年法律第百二十三号。以下「障害者雇用促進法」という。）第二条第二号に規定する身体障害者（以下「身体障害者」という。）
a person with an intellectual disability prescribed in Article 2, item (iv) of the Disability Employment Promotion Act (hereinafter referred to as a "person with an intellectual disability");
障害者雇用促進法第二条第四号に規定する知的障害者（以下「知的障害者」という。）
a person with a mental disability prescribed in Article 2, item (vi) of the Disability Employment Promotion Act (hereinafter referred to as a "person with a mental disability");
障害者雇用促進法第二条第六号に規定する精神障害者（以下「精神障害者」という。）
a person listed in any of the items of Article 48 of the Offender Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 88 of 2007) or any of the items of Article 85, paragraph (1) of that Act, in respect of whom the Director of the Probation Office has made contact with the Chief of the Public Employment Security Office concerning the placement of the person in employment;
更生保護法（平成十九年法律第八十八号）第四十八条各号又は第八十五条第一項各号に掲げる者であつて、その者の職業のあつせんに関し保護観察所長から公共職業安定所長に連絡のあつたもの
a person for whom finding employment is significantly impeded by social circumstances.
