Article 30Reasons Specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 20, Paragraph (1) of the Act
第三十条（法第二十条第一項の厚生労働省令で定める理由）
The reasons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare under Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Act are as follows.
法第二十条第一項の厚生労働省令で定める理由は、次のとおりとする。
disease or injury (excluding disease or injury pertaining to the injury and disease allowance in the case where the injury and disease allowance is received under Article 37, paragraph (1) of the Act);
疾病又は負傷（法第三十七条第一項の規定により傷病手当の支給を受ける場合における当該傷病手当に係る疾病又は負傷を除く。）
in addition to what is listed in the preceding item, a reason that the Chief of the competent Public Employment Security Office finds unavoidable.
