第十三条（常用就職支度金の額に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 57 of the Employment Insurance Act to a person who receives payment of the job applicant benefits for day workers in the daily amount under the provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "Article 48 or Article 54, item (ii)" in paragraph (3) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 57 of 1994)".
附則第十一条の規定による日額の日雇労働求職者給付金の支給を受ける者に対する雇用保険法第五十七条の規定の適用については、同条第三項中「第四十八条又は第五十四条第二号」とあるのは、「雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成六年法律第五十七号）附則第十一条」とする。
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 57 of the Employment Insurance Act to former qualified recipients subject to the old daily amount and former specially qualified recipients, the phrase "the provisions of Article 16" in paragraph (3) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "the provisions of Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 57 of 1994)", the phrase "qualified recipients of the basic allowance" with "former qualified recipients subject to the old daily amount under the provisions of that Article", and the phrase "Articles 16 through 18" with "that Article".
旧日額対象の旧受給資格者及び旧特例受給資格者に対する雇用保険法第五十七条の規定の適用については、同条第三項中「第十六条の規定」とあるのは「雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成六年法律第五十七号）附則第二条の規定」と、「基本手当の受給資格者」とあるのは「同条の規定による旧日額対象の旧受給資格者」と、「第十六条から第十八条まで」とあるのは「同条」とする。
