Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1995; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect on the dates specified in those items:
この法律は、平成七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provision amending Article 56-2, paragraph (1) of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1 (excluding the part deleting "(including a person deemed to be a qualified recipient pursuant to the provisions of Article 37-6; the same applies hereinafter in this Section)") and the provision renumbering Article 25 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act as Article 26 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, renumbering Article 24 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act as Article 25 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, and adding one Article after Article 23 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, the provisions amending Articles 33-9 and 33-15-2 of the Mariners Insurance Act in Article 3, and the provisions of Articles 12, 18 and 19 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation of this Act;
第一条中雇用保険法第五十六条の二第一項の改正規定（「（第三十七条の六の規定により受給資格者とみなされた者を含む。以下この節において同じ。）」を削る部分を除く。）及び同法附則第二十五条を同法附則第二十六条とし、同法附則第二十四条を同法附則第二十五条とし、同法附則第二十三条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第三条中船員保険法第三十三条ノ九及び第三十三条ノ十五ノ二の改正規定並びに附則第十二条、第十八条及び第十九条の規定 この法律の公布の日
the provisions amending Article 45, Article 50, paragraph (1) and Article 53, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Employment Insurance Act in Article 1, and the provisions of Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions: the first day of the month following the month that includes the date of promulgation of this Act;
