Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 3 years from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provision amending Article 40, the provision adding one Article after Article 41, the provision amending Article 42, the provision making Article 42-3 Article 42-4, making Article 42-2 Article 42-3, and adding one Article after Article 42, the provision amending Article 47-6, paragraph (1), item (ii), the provision amending Article 47-7, the provision amending Article 48, paragraph (1), the provision amending Article 49, the provision amending Article 86, the provision amending Article 102 and the provision amending Article 114, and the provisions of Articles 5 and 9 of the Supplementary Provisions: January 1, 2024;
第四十条の改正規定、第四十一条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第四十二条の改正規定、第四十二条の三を第四十二条の四とし、第四十二条の二を第四十二条の三とし、第四十二条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第四十七条の六第一項第二号の改正規定、第四十七条の七の改正規定、第四十八条第一項の改正規定、第四十九条の改正規定、第八十六条の改正規定、第百二条の改正規定及び第百十四条の改正規定並びに附則第五条及び第九条の規定 令和六年一月一日
the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding two years and six months from the date of promulgation.
