第二条（第六十七条第一項の裁定の手続についての経過措置）
The provisions of Article 67 of the Copyright Act as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "new Act") (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 103 of the new Act; the same applies hereinafter in this Article), and Article 104-21, paragraphs (1) and (2) of the new Act (limited to the portions pertaining to Article 67 of the new Act) apply to procedures for an application for the compulsory license under Article 67, paragraph (1) of the new Act that is filed on or after the date on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "effective date"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern procedures for an application for the compulsory license under Article 67, paragraph (1) of the Copyright Act before amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "former Act" in this Article) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 103 of the former Act) that was filed before the effective date.
この法律による改正後の著作権法（以下「新法」という。）第六十七条（新法第百三条において準用する場合を含む。以下この条において同じ。）並びに第百四条の二十一第一項及び第二項（新法第六十七条に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後にされる新法第六十七条第一項の裁定の申請に係る手続について適用し、施行日前にされたこの法律による改正前の著作権法（以下この条において「旧法」という。）第六十七条第一項（旧法第百三条において準用する場合を含む。）の裁定の申請に係る手続については、なお従前の例による。
