Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Considerations to Operations Concerning Penal Provisions

In applying the provisions of Article 119, paragraph (2) (limited to the parts concerned with items (iv) and (v)) and Article 120-2 (limited to the part concerned with item (iii)) of the Copyright Act as amended under the provisions of Article 1 (referred to as the "Copyright Act amended under Article 1" in Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions), due consideration must be given so as not to unreasonably restrict the provision of information using the internet and other acts undertaken using the internet.
