附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which the Convention for the Protection of Producers of Phonograms Against Unauthorized Duplication of Their Phonograms comes into force with respect to Japan.
Provisions of the post-amendment Copyright Act that concern neighboring rights do not apply to a phonogram set forth in Article 8, item (vi) of the Copyright Act in which sounds are first fixed before this Act comes into effect.
改正後の著作権法中著作隣接権に関する規定は、この法律の施行前にその音が最初に固定された著作権法第八条第六号に掲げるレコードについては、適用しない。
