Article 104-10-5Rules on the Execution of Functions Connected with Compensation
第百四条の十の五（補償金関係業務の執行に関する規程）
Before initiating the functions connected with compensation, a designated association must establish rules on the execution of functions connected with compensation and notify the Commissioner of the Agency for Cultural Affairs thereof. The same applies to cases where a change is made to rules.
The rules referred to in the preceding paragraph must include the particulars of the distribution of compensation for public transmission by libraries or similar facilities, and the designated association must establish the particulars of the distribution in consideration of the purport of the provisions of Article 31, paragraph (5).
前項の規程には、図書館等公衆送信補償金の分配に関する事項を含むものとし、指定管理団体は、第三十一条第五項の規定の趣旨を考慮して当該分配に関する事項を定めなければならない。
