A person who falls under any of the following items is punished with a civil fine not exceeding 100,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、十万円以下の過料に処する。
a person who fails to comply with the orders of a police officer under Article 104-3 (Issuance of Documents Revoking and Suspending Licenses; Related Considerations), paragraph (2) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 107-5 (Prohibiting Persons from Driving Motor Vehicles and Motorized Bicycles; Other Measures), paragraph (11)) or Article 109 (Order to Appear); or
a person who violates Article 108-32-2 (Accreditation of Education for Licensed Drivers, etc.), paragraph (3) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 108-32-3 (Accreditation of Examinations for Licensed Drivers, etc.), paragraph (2)).
第百八条の三十二の二（運転免許取得者等教育の認定）第三項（第百八条の三十二の三（運転免許取得者等検査の認定）第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定に違反した者
