If the representative of a corporation or the agent, employee, or other worker of a corporation or individual commits a violation as referred to in Article 117, paragraph (3), Article 117-2, paragraph (2), Article 117-2-2, paragraph (2), Article 117-4, paragraph (2), Article 117-5, paragraph (2), Article 118, paragraph (2), Article 119, paragraph (2), Article 119-2 through Article 119-2-3, Article 119-2-4, paragraph (2), Article 119-3, paragraph (2), Article 120, paragraph (2), or Article 121, paragraph (2) in connection with the business of the corporation or individual, in addition to the person who committed the violation being subject to punishment, the corporation or individual is subject to a criminal fine or petty fine as prescribed in the Article in question.
法人の代表者又は法人若しくは人の代理人、使用人その他の従業者が、その法人又は人の業務に関し、第百十七条第三項、第百十七条の二第二項、第百十七条の二の二第二項、第百十七条の四第二項、第百十七条の五第二項、第百十八条第二項、第百十九条第二項、第百十九条の二から第百十九条の二の三まで、第百十九条の二の四第二項、第百十九条の三第二項、第百二十条第二項又は第百二十一条第二項の違反行為をしたときは、行為者を罰するほか、その法人又は人に対しても、各本条の罰金刑又は科料刑を科する。
