A prefectural government must establish a Prefectural Ordinance on the collection of fees associated with the administrative processes that it has been decided the public safety commission is to carry out pursuant to Chapter VI (other than Article 105-2, paragraphs (2) and (4)) and Chapter VI-2, based on the standard of collecting, from a person as set forth in one of the following items, the standardized amount that Cabinet Order prescribes as the part of the fees that are for building and facility costs plus the standardized amount that Cabinet Order prescribes as the part of those fees that are for personnel costs, in line with the categories that Cabinet Order prescribes for the type of fee provided for in the relevant item:
a person seeking to take a driver's license test under Article 89, paragraph (1):a driver's license testing fee;
第八十九条第一項の規定による運転免許試験を受けようとする者 運転免許試験手数料
a person seeking to undergo an assessment under Article 89, paragraph (3):an assessment fee;
第八十九条第三項の規定による検査を受けようとする者 検査手数料
a person seeking to be retested as under Article 100-2, paragraph (1):a re-testing fee;
a person seeking to be issued a license under Article 92, paragraph (1) or Article 95-2, paragraph (11):a license issuance fee;
第九十二条第一項又は第九十五条の二第十一項の規定による免許証の交付を受けようとする者 免許証交付手数料
a person seeking to be re-issued a license under Article 94, paragraph (2):a license re-issuance fee;
a person seeking to receive the recording of specified license information under Article 95-2, paragraph (3), or the rewriting of the license information record under Article 92, paragraph (2) as applied with the terms replaced pursuant to Article 95-3 or under Article 106-4, paragraph (2) (excluding a person who has filed an application under Article 95-2, paragraph (1) in the case where the period of suspension of the license has expired or the suspension of the license has been lifted, and any other person specified by Cabinet Order):a specified license information recording fee;
第九十五条の二第三項の規定による特定免許情報の記録又は第九十五条の三の規定により読み替えて適用する第九十二条第二項の規定若しくは第百六条の四第二項の規定による免許情報記録の書換えを受けようとする者（免許の効力の停止の期間が満了した場合又は免許の効力の停止が解除された場合に第九十五条の二第一項の規定による申請をした者その他の政令で定める者を除く。） 特定免許情報記録手数料
a person seeking to receive license renewal under Article 101, paragraph (1) or Article 101-2, paragraph (1):a license renewal fee;
a person seeking to apply for license renewal pursuant to Article 101-2-2, paragraph (1):a transfer fee;
第百一条の二の二第一項の規定により免許証等の更新の申請をしようとする者 経由手数料
a person seeking to undergo a cognitive assessment:a cognitive assessment fee;
認知機能検査を受けようとする者 認知機能検査手数料
a person seeking to undergo a driving skills assessment:a driving skills assessment fee;
運転技能検査を受けようとする者 運転技能検査手数料
a person subject to restrictions on the type of motor vehicle or motorized bicycle that the person is permitted to drive pursuant to Article 91 or Article 91-2, paragraph (2), who seeks to undergo a screening by the public safety commission in order to have the restrictions lifted in whole or in part:a screening fee;
第九十一条又は第九十一条の二第二項の規定により運転することができる自動車等の種類を限定された者で、その限定の全部又は一部の解除を受けるため、公安委員会の審査を受けようとするもの 審査手数料
a person seeking to be issued a skills evaluator certificate under Article 99-2, paragraph (4):a skills evaluator certificate issuance fee;
第九十九条の二第四項の規定による技能検定員資格者証の交付を受けようとする者 技能検定員資格者証交付手数料
a person seeking to undergo a screening under Article 99-2, paragraph (4), item (i), (a):a skills evaluator screening fee;
第九十九条の二第四項第一号イの規定による審査を受けようとする者 技能検定員審査手数料
a person seeking to be issued an instructor certificate under Article 99-3, paragraph (4):an instructor certificate issuance fee;
第九十九条の三第四項の規定による教習指導員資格者証の交付を受けようとする者 教習指導員資格者証交付手数料
a person seeking to undergo a screening under Article 99-3, paragraph (4), item (i), (a):an instructor screening fee;
第九十九条の三第四項第一号イの規定による審査を受けようとする者 教習指導員審査手数料
a person seeking to be issued a Foreign Driving Permit under Article 107-7, paragraph (1):a fee for issuance of a Foreign Driving Permit;
a person seeking to undergo the training set forth in one of the items of Article 108-2, paragraph (1):a training fee; and
第百八条の二第一項各号に掲げる講習を受けようとする者 講習手数料
a person seeking to undergo novice driver training, the training set forth in Article 108-2, paragraph (1), item (xiii), or young driver training:a notice fee.
初心運転者講習、第百八条の二第一項第十三号に掲げる講習又は若年運転者講習を受けようとする者 通知手数料
In a case as referred to in the preceding paragraph, a prefectural government may allow the training fees referred to in item (xii) of that paragraph that are associated with the specified training conducted by a designated training institution to be paid to that institution as its revenue, pursuant to prefectural ordinance.
