Article 107-3Obligation to Carry and Present an International Driving Permit or License
第百七条の三（国際運転免許証等の携帯及び提示義務）
When driving a motor vehicle or motorized bicycle, a person with an International Driving Permit or license must carry the permit or license authorizing the person to drive it. The provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 95 apply mutatis mutandis in such a case.
