Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 1986 (hereinafter referred to as "the Effective Date").
この法律は、昭和六十一年四月一日（以下「施行日」という。）から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 123Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第百二十三条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of Article 8-2, paragraph (1) of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article, among the insurance benefits in the form of pensions that are to be paid by the government as the administrator of employees' pension insurance pursuant to the provisions of Article 87, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions, those for which old age is the cause of payment are deemed to be benefits in the form of pensions for which old age is the cause of payment under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, and a period deemed to be a period of being an insured person of employees' pension insurance pursuant to the provisions of Article 47, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions is deemed to be a period of being an insured person, etc. of pension insurance prescribed in Article 8-2, paragraph (1) of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article, respectively.
前条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法第八条の二第一項の規定の適用については、附則第八十七条第二項の規定により厚生年金保険の管掌者たる政府が支給するものとされた年金たる保険給付のうち老齢を支給事由とするものは厚生年金保険法に基づく老齢を支給事由とする年金たる給付と、附則第四十七条第一項の規定により厚生年金保険の被保険者であつた期間とみなされた期間は前条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法第八条の二第一項に規定する年金保険の被保険者等であつた期間と、それぞれみなす。
