第二条
For any Municipality which doesn't actually provide any national health insurance program at the time when this Act comes into effect, it shall be sufficient to commence national health insurance services no later than April 1, 1961, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1).
この法律の施行の際現に国民健康保険を行つていない市町村は、第三条第一項の規定にかかわらず、昭和三十六年四月一日までに国民健康保険事業を開始するをもつて足りる。
