Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on April 1, 1997.
この政令は、平成九年四月一日から施行する。

第二条（長期給付財政調整事業に係る平成八年度の決算等に関する経過措置）
With respect to the settlement of accounts and the inventory of property, balance sheet and profit and loss statement for fiscal year 1996 relating to the long-term benefit financial adjustment project prescribed in Article 14-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act (Act No. 128 of 1958) prior to the amendment by Article 2 of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 82 of 1996; hereinafter referred to as the "1996 Amendment Act") (hereinafter referred to as the "Pre-amendment National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成八年法律第八十二号。以下「平成八年改正法」という。）第二条の規定による改正前の国家公務員等共済組合法（昭和三十三年法律第百二十八号。以下「改正前国共済法」という。）附則第十四条の三第一項に規定する長期給付財政調整事業に係る平成八年度の決算並びに財産目録、貸借対照表及び損益計算書については、なお従前の例による。
