Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on October 1, 2015.
この政令は、平成二十七年十月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
第二条（厚生年金保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 3 of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter in this Article referred to as the "Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Order") apply to a ruling on the right to receive insurance benefits under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act (Act No. 115 of 1954) or a revision of the amount of insurance benefits made on the basis of grounds arising on or after the date of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern a ruling on the right to receive insurance benefits under that Act or a revision of the amount of insurance benefits made on the basis of grounds arising before the Effective Date.
第一条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法施行令（以下この条において「改正後厚年令」という。）第三条の規定は、この政令の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）以後に生じた事由に基づいて行う厚生年金保険法（昭和二十九年法律第百十五号）による保険給付を受ける権利の裁定又は保険給付の額の改定について適用し、施行日前に生じた事由に基づいて行う同法による保険給付を受ける権利の裁定又は保険給付の額の改定については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 7 of the Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Order apply to the amounts listed in the following items relating to pension insurance benefits under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 35, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems (hereinafter referred to as the "2012 Pension Unification Act") (hereinafter in this Article and Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions referred to as the "Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Act"), and the provisions then in force continue to govern the amounts listed in the following items relating to pension insurance benefits under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 35, paragraph (1) of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 of the 2012 Pension Unification Act (hereinafter in the following paragraph and Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions referred to as the "pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act").
改正後厚年令第七条の規定は、被用者年金制度の一元化等を図るための厚生年金保険法等の一部を改正する法律（以下「平成二十四年一元化法」という。）第一条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法（以下この条及び附則第四条において「改正後厚生年金保険法」という。）第三十五条第一項の規定により計算された厚生年金保険法による年金たる保険給付に係る次に掲げる額について適用し、平成二十四年一元化法第一条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法（次項及び附則第四条において「改正前厚生年金保険法」という。）第三十五条第一項の規定により計算された厚生年金保険法による年金たる保険給付に係る次に掲げる額については、なお従前の例による。

改正後厚生年金保険法附則第十一条の二第一項に規定する報酬比例部分の額又は厚生年金保険法附則第九条の二第二項第一号に規定する額
the amount of the remuneration-based portion without Fund membership prescribed in Article 11-2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Act as deemed to be replaced pursuant to paragraph (3) of that Article.
改正後厚生年金保険法附則第十一条の二第三項において読み替えられた同条第一項に規定する基金に加入しなかった場合の報酬比例部分の額
The provisions of Article 8-2 of the Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Order apply to the amounts listed in the following items relating to pension insurance benefits under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 35, paragraph (1) of the Amended Employees' Pension Insurance Act, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the amounts listed in the following items relating to pension insurance benefits under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 35, paragraph (1) of the pre-amendment Employees' Pension Insurance Act.
改正後厚年令第八条の二の規定は、改正後厚生年金保険法第三十五条第一項の規定により計算された厚生年金保険法による年金たる保険給付に係る次に掲げる額について適用し、改正前厚生年金保険法第三十五条第一項の規定により計算された厚生年金保険法による年金たる保険給付に係る次に掲げる額については、なお従前の例による。
