附 則
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この政令は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions set forth in the following items apply from the dates specified in those items:
次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から適用する。
the provisions of Article 3-2 of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act as amended by Article 1, the provisions of Article 4-2 and Article 13 of the Order for Enforcement of the Mariners Insurance Act as amended by Article 3, the provisions of Articles 5 through 11, and the provisions of the following paragraph through paragraph (6) of these Supplementary Provisions: June 1, 1980;
第一条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法施行令第三条の二の規定、第三条の規定による改正後の船員保険法施行令第四条の二及び第十三条の規定、第五条から第十一条までの規定並びに次項から附則第六項までの規定 昭和五十五年六月一日

第一条の規定による改正後の厚生年金保険法施行令第三条の五の規定、第三条の規定による改正後の船員保険法施行令第四条の五の規定並びに第四条の規定による改正後の国民年金法施行令第四条の二及び第四条の三の規定 昭和五十五年八月一日
With regard to the amount of the aggregated old-age pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prescribed in Article 52, paragraph (1) of the Cabinet Order on Special Measures, etc. for the Application of Laws and Regulations Related to the Ministry of Health and Welfare Accompanying the Reversion of Okinawa (Cabinet Order No. 108 of 1972) for June 1980, the phrase "the amount calculated" in item (ii) of that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "the amount obtained by multiplying the amount calculated by 1.207".
昭和五十五年六月分の沖縄の復帰に伴う厚生省関係法令の適用の特別措置等に関する政令（昭和四十七年政令第百八号）第五十二条第一項に規定する厚生年金保険法による通算老齢年金の額については、同項第二号中「計算した額」とあるのは、「計算した額に一・二〇七を乗じて得た額」とする。
