第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (i)-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (October 1, 2007).
この政令は、雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第一条第一号の二に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成十九年十月一日）から施行する。
