第十七条の六
With regard to the average standardized amount of remuneration prescribed in Article 82, paragraph (1), item (iv) and Article 83-2, paragraph (1), item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 1985 Amendment Act and in Article 23, paragraph (1), item (ii) and Article 24, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2000 Amendment Act, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (1), it is the amount obtained by dividing the total of the standard monthly remuneration for each month of the period during which the person was an insured who was a member (or, for a month in which the previous standardized monthly amount of remuneration prescribed in Article 26, paragraph (1) is deemed pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph to be the standard monthly remuneration for that month, the previous standardized monthly amount of remuneration) and the standard bonus amounts by the number of months in that period during which the person was an insured who was a member.
昭和六十年改正法附則第八十二条第一項第四号及び第八十三条の二第一項第二号並びに平成十二年改正法附則第二十三条第一項第二号及び第二十四条第一項に規定する平均標準報酬額については、第四十三条第一項の規定にかかわらず、加入員たる被保険者であつた期間の各月の標準報酬月額（第二十六条第一項の規定により同項に規定する従前標準報酬月額が当該月の標準報酬月額とみなされた月にあつては、従前標準報酬月額）と標準賞与額の総額を、当該加入員たる被保険者であつた期間の月数で除して得た額とする。
If the standardized remuneration of a person subject to a class II revision has been revised pursuant to the provisions of Article 78-6, paragraphs (1) and (2), for the purpose of applying the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the phrase "the standard monthly remuneration for each month" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "the standard monthly remuneration prior to the revision under the provisions of Article 78-6, paragraph (1) for each month", and the phrase "the standard bonus amounts" with "the standard bonus amounts prior to the revision under the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 78-6".
