第二条（第一条の規定による刑事訴訟法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to a defendant in a case pending before a court at the time of the enforcement of the provisions listed in item (i) of the preceding Article, the provisions of Articles 36-2 and 36-3 and Article 38-3 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") do not apply.
