附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 3 years from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して三年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Transitional measures and other matters necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act are as separately provided for by law.
この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置その他の事項は、別に法律で定めるところによる。
