附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order on or before August 31, 1954; provided, however, that the provisions amending paragraph (2) of Article 1 of the Penal Code and the provisions of paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、昭和二十九年八月三十一日までの間において政令で定める日から施行する。但し、刑法第一条第二項の改正規定及び附則第三項の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
