Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Preparatory Acts Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act

The certification by an insurer, under the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (1), item (ii), (f), item (iii), (f) and item (iv), (b) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act (including where these provisions are applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 44, paragraph (1) of that Order; the same applies hereinafter in this Article), that a person falls under the persons listed in Article 42, paragraph (3), item (vi) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (limited to the part relating to item (i)) (referred to as the "New Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act" in the following Article) (including where applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 44, paragraph (1) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act), may be made, even before the date of enforcement of this Cabinet Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), in accordance with the provisions of Article 43, paragraph (1), item (ii), (f), item (iii), (f) and item (iv), (b) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act.
