Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date

This Cabinet Order comes into effect on January 1, 2009; provided, however, that the amending provisions in Article 2 adding two Articles to the Supplementary Provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act, the amending provisions in Article 3 adding two Articles to the Supplementary Provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the Mariners Insurance Act, the amending provisions in Article 4 concerning the part of Article 6 of the Order for Enforcement of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act other than the table (limited to the part adding "through Article 34-5" after "Article 11-4 and Article 34-3 of the Supplementary Provisions" and the part amending "Article 11-3-6-4, paragraph (1) and Article 34-3 of the Supplementary Provisions" to "Article 11-3-6-4, paragraph (1), Article 34-3 of the Supplementary Provisions and Article 34-4 of the Supplementary Provisions") and the amending provisions adding the following to the table of that Article, the amending provisions in Article 5 adding two Articles after Article 34-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the National Public Officers Mutual Aid Association Act, the amending provisions in Article 6 adding two Articles after Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the National Health Insurance Act, the amending provisions in Article 7 adding two Articles after Article 52-5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Order for Enforcement of the Local Public Officers, etc. Mutual Aid Association Act, and the provisions of Article 8 come into effect on April 1 of that year.
