Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act
第四条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 34, paragraph (2) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (hereinafter referred to in this Article as the "New Order") apply to the case where the month in which benefits for medical treatment are received is on or after September 2006, and for the case where the month in which benefits for medical treatment are received is up to August of that year, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二条の規定による改正後の健康保険法施行令（以下この条において「新令」という。）第三十四条第二項の規定は、療養の給付を受ける月が平成十八年九月以後の場合について適用し、療養の給付を受ける月が同年八月までの場合については、なお従前の例による。
