第二条（健康保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A health insurance society or federation of health insurance societies that, at the time of enforcement of this Cabinet Order, has been approved under Article 45, paragraph (1) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act before the amendment by the provisions of Article 2 (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 73-9 of that Order), or is applying for such approval, is deemed to be one that has made a notification under Article 45, paragraph (1) of the Order for Enforcement of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (including the case where it applies mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 73-9 of that Order).
この政令の施行の際現に第二条の規定による改正前の健康保険法施行令第四十五条第一項（同令第七十三条ノ九において準用する場合を含む。）の規定により認可を受けている健康保険組合若しくは健康保険組合連合会又はその申請を行っている健康保険組合若しくは健康保険組合連合会は、第二条の規定による改正後の健康保険法施行令第四十五条第一項（同令第七十三条ノ九において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による届出を行ったものとみなす。
