If a person has taken or begun to take a driver's license test by wrongful means, a public safety commission may stop the driver's license test or reverse its decision that the person has passed.

A public safety commission that reverses its decision that a person has passed a driver's license test pursuant to the preceding paragraph must immediately notify that person. In such a case, the license that the driver's license test was for ceases to be valid on the date on which the person receives the notice.

A public safety commission may prohibit a person subject to the measures under paragraph (1) from taking driver's license tests for a period of one year or less that it fixes, based on the circumstances.
