Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 and the provisions of Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on April 1, 2015.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第二条の規定及び附則第六条の規定は、平成二十七年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第二条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Revised National Health Insurance Act") apply to the share of the national treasury and prefectural adjusting subsidies for the expenses required for benefits for medical treatment provided on or after March 1, 2012 and for the payment of expenses for Dietary Treatment for inpatients, Living Support expenses for inpatients, medical expenses combined with treatment outside insurance coverage, medical expenses, medical expenses for home-nursing, special medical expenses, transport expenses, high-cost medical expenses and expenses for high-cost medical treatment combined with long-term care paid on or after April 1 of the same year, the expenses required for the payment of young-old payments, old-old aid and bed conversion support payments under the provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People (Act No. 80 of 1982) for fiscal year 2012 or later, and the expenses required for the payment of payments under the provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act (Act No. 123 of 1997) for the same fiscal year or later; and the provisions then in force continue to govern the share of the national treasury and prefectural adjusting subsidies for the expenses required for benefits for medical treatment provided before March 1, 2012 and for the payment of expenses for Dietary Treatment for inpatients, Living Support expenses for inpatients, medical expenses combined with treatment outside insurance coverage, medical expenses, medical expenses for home-nursing, special medical expenses, transport expenses, high-cost medical expenses and expenses for high-cost medical treatment combined with long-term care paid before April 1 of the same year, the expenses required for the payment of young-old payments, old-old aid and bed conversion support payments under the provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People for fiscal year 2011 or earlier, and the expenses required for the payment of payments under the provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act for the same fiscal year or earlier.
第一条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法（以下「新国保法」という。）の規定は、平成二十四年三月一日以後に行われた療養の給付並びに同年四月一日以後に支給された入院時食事療養費、入院時生活療養費、保険外併用療養費、療養費、訪問看護療養費、特別療養費、移送費、高額療養費及び高額介護合算療養費の支給に要する費用並びに平成二十四年度以後の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律（昭和五十七年法律第八十号）の規定による前期高齢者納付金、後期高齢者支援金及び病床転換支援金並びに同年度以後の介護保険法（平成九年法律第百二十三号）の規定による納付金の納付に要する費用についての国庫負担金及び都道府県調整交付金について適用し、平成二十四年三月一日前に行われた療養の給付並びに同年四月一日前に支給された入院時食事療養費、入院時生活療養費、保険外併用療養費、療養費、訪問看護療養費、特別療養費、移送費、高額療養費及び高額介護合算療養費の支給に要する費用並びに平成二十三年度以前の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律の規定による前期高齢者納付金、後期高齢者支援金及び病床転換支援金並びに同年度以前の介護保険法の規定による納付金の納付に要する費用についての国庫負担金及び都道府県調整交付金については、なお従前の例による。
