Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1963; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 42, paragraph (1) and Article 52, paragraph (1) of the National Health Insurance Act in Article 1 and the provisions of Article 2, paragraphs (2) through (5) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on October 1, 1963.
この法律は、昭和三十八年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民健康保険法第四十二条第一項及び第五十二条第一項の改正規定並びに附則第二条第二項から第五項までの規定は、昭和三十八年十月一日から施行する。
