Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Replacement of Terms Concerning the Collection of Insurance Premiums
第六条（保険料の徴収に関する読替え）
In the case of a Society specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People, in Article 76, paragraph (2), the phrase "a Society" is deemed to be replaced with "a Society specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People", and the phrase ", long-term care payment, contribution for securing medical care in the early phase of an epidemic, etc., and children and child-rearing support levy (including the expenses required for the payment thereof), and, in the case of a Society prescribed in Article 179 of the Health Insurance Act, that Act" is deemed to be replaced with ", long-term care payment, contribution for securing medical care in the early phase of an epidemic, etc., children and child-rearing support levy and the Health Insurance Act".
高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第七条第三項の規定により厚生労働大臣が定める組合にあつては、第七十六条第二項中「組合は」とあるのは「高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第七条第三項の規定により厚生労働大臣が定める組合は」と、「、介護納付金、流行初期医療確保拠出金等並びに子ども・子育て支援納付金の納付に要する費用を含み、健康保険法第百七十九条に規定する組合にあつては、同法」とあるのは「、介護納付金、流行初期医療確保拠出金等、子ども・子育て支援納付金並びに健康保険法」とする。
